Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

AUTHORITY TO ACT

The client hereby assigns EUROJOB HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY to
comply and submit the application to the relevant authorities. The client gives
consent to EUROJOB HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY to follow and confirm
the necessary and suitable procedures to represent the case.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

  • Agreement” means this agreement as modified, varied or amended (in writing) by the
    Parties.
    Application” means the application made by the Client to the Authorities in respect of
    residency in the territory.
    Confidential Information” means all information that is used in or otherwise relating
    to the Services, and/or either Party’s financial or other affairs.
    Dispute” means any dispute connected with the formation, performance, interpretation,
    nullification, termination or invalidation of this Agreement or arising from this
    Agreement or related to this Agreement in any manner whatsoever.
    Fees” means the fees payable by the Client to the Service Provider and Government
    Authority in respect of the Services as detailed in Schedule 1.
    Authority” means any government or governmental, administrative, monetary, fiscal or
    judicial body, department, commission, authority, tribunal, agency or entity responsible
    for residency in the Territory.
    Losses” means all losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, costs (including reasonably
    incurred legal fees) and liabilities of any kind.
    Services” means the services to be provided by the Service Provider as set out in
    Schedule 1

SERVICES AND COMMITMENTS

EUROJOB HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY will provide detailed consultation and
advocacy services for the client’s case. Our highly qualified and accredited support
services will ensure to receive precise advice and direction to prepare the client’s case.
Assistance would be provided on a case-to-case basis for documentation and file
preparation which would be in accordance with the directions of the concerned
authorities.

OTHERS SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Advocacy and advice from our qualified Immigration Consultant and Case Experts.
  • A Comprehensive case review and report on Client’s Immigration Process.
  • Job Offer arrangement for the client in the relocating country to process the work
    permit.
  • Act as a liaising entity between Authorities and clients to address concerns and
    application Submission till the end-to-end process.
  • Prepare the client for an immigration interview if required.
  • Track the application end-to-end process until its government decision.
  • EUROJOB may provide all the support and services if required by the client.
  • Essential documents from the client to the authority should be authenticated.
  • EUROJOB hopefully assures the limited time taken to process Client’s application
    according to our assessment through the government authority timeline may differ.

 

TERMINATION OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

As per the terms and conditions of relevant authorities and company policy, this
agreement is deemed to be valid upto 8 months. In case the services are not delivered
from the date of acceptance due to any reasons, the contract can be renewed or validity
can be extended without any additional charges with mutual consent from the client and
the company. Upon receiving the ultimate outcome of the application from the concerned
officials, this service contract will be deemed terminated as the services agreed upon will
be then considered delivered by EUROJOB HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY.

REFUND POLICY

  • The client is entitled to a 100% refund of the retainer fee paid within 55days of the
    refund approval received from the legal department
  • only if the work permit is not received within the specified time frame of 3 to 4
    Months.
  • Once the work permit is arranged for the client, the retainer amount is nonrefundable.
  • The client is not entitled to any refund if the visa is refused at the final of the process,
    due to non submission of supporting documentation(i.e.. Work Experience, Medical ,
    police clearance etc. from the clients end), in ability to present/clear the interview,
    etc.

REFUND SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED IF:

  • After executing the contract, the client does not wish to proceed further for any reason
    whatsoever.
  • The client voluntarily wants to bring the matter to an end and wishes to discontinue at
    any stage, for nay reason.
  • The client breaches all or any of the terms of this agreement by providing false
    information, or fake documents, and /or committting any other sort of fraud or
    misrepresentation or by any other means.
  • If it becomes impossible to meet the objective of the agreement due to reasons like the
    client having medical problems, having civil/criminal charges, national security
    reasons, and/or any other reasons.
